Since 2020
My Path Forward was established by Tamara in 2020 to provide life and career coaching. It was in 2022 that Tamara wanted to include personal training as she saw that physical health had a big impact of a persons overall wellbeing.
This came from caring for her Gran and seeing that a lot of her health conditions started in her 40’s and 50’s and could have been prevented or reduced through exercise. Tamara was then determined to help women improve their quality of life through exercise and coaching.

We know that everyone is different, and the training we do with each person is designed and tailored for them.

It is more than a training or coaching session. We touch base between sessions and really care about the whole person, so that the training provided is helpful and effective.

Tamara works out of Snap Fitness Penrith and provides training online!
Our Trainer
Tamara is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Life Coach. She combines these to ensure the overall health and wellbeing of her clients and to help to provide a transformation of mind and body.
