Group Classes

Boxercise Blitz

You’ll sweat up a storm and have some fun while punching it out with a varierty of bodyweight exercises with a partner.

Bring a partner with you or find a new friend in the class.

Body Ignite

Build your strength, improve your cardio, and general fitness by moving your body in a variety of ways.

Camp Core

Strengthen your core, build your endurance and challenge yourself to work not only your abs but your whole core.

Virtual Classes

Can’t make face to face classes join us virtually and don’t miss out the fun. All classes will be a full body workout.
